Dog Gun What type and size nail gun is the right to use for building dog houses insulated?
I want to buy a nail gun to build houses of my own dog and went online to check how they were when I learned that there are quite a few brands, types, and nailers in size. Boy surprised me. I need the nail to go through a 2x4 and plywood and siding. Thanks in advance
You will need one framing nailer that will work for 2x4 frame construction and wood nailed to the walls and ceiling. Use 16d nails to the development and 8d nails for the sheathing. As for the coating, which is using? If you are using plywood paneling, you can use the same gun. If the vinyl you'll want to nail by hand. Vinyl must be able to expand and contract, and if your nails are hard buckle. Hope this helps.
