I need to know if the material that the paratroopers wear is waterproof, but not air resistance.?
I'm trying to do a project and I need a tissue that air is not resistant but waterproof. The question I am not referring to his parachute, but the actual clothes they wear.
Well, the monkey that I have is nylon Ballistic ... water repellent, but no proof. I suggest finding some Membrain, Conduit, Hyvent, H2N0, or Gore-Tex. All are breathable and waterproof. To do so in the cheap, you can get some synthetic material (nylon suits are a good choice, as most modern equipment is running) and spray with polyurethane. It will give the best final product, but they do very different to do real things.
